•3 large eggs
•1/2 cup of any plain yogurt
•1/4 cup of any flavored creamer (I personally use unsweetened hazelnut creamer)
•1/4 cup of melted butter
•1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
•3/4 cup of whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
•1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1. Whisk 3 large eggs and melted butter in a bowl until they are well combined and frothy.
2. Add the yogurt, creamer, and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix until it is well combined.
3. Now add the flour and baking powder and whisk until the batter is combined.
4. Use a ladle to make sure all the waffles are the same in size.
5. Place the waffles in a large Ziplock bag or an airtight container and store in freezer.
6. Enjoy your waffles! They are so good!
